Job Description

- Drives delivery of Labour Relations & HR Compliance services as defined in department and team scope and yearly operational department and team plans:

- Provides expert legal advice and information on abour law related topics to HR and the management in the country

- Handles all labour law related legal issues in the country, including the implementation of collective agreements also regarding restructuring, e.g. conception and negotiation of reconciliation of interests and social plan, and representation of the company externally in labour law suits

- Develops, drafts and-or reviews legal documents to ensure the Company’s full legal rights with HR obligations

- Designs and negotiates works agreements concerning - among other things - remuneration, working conditions, IT-topics, Compliance

- Establishes labour relations, supports work with works council or trade unions in a respectful, constructive and professional manner

- Supports M&A and due diligence

- Audits all HR subsystems and processes in order to ensure the necessary compliance

- Ensures adherence to globally defined policies, processes, tools and frameworks in order to cover compliance from Audit, Legal and risk management point of view

-Ensures accurate & compliant data quality for all Labour Relations & HR Compliance related data, regular maintenance and required cleansing of data according to global and local rules defined, including the preparation of reports

-Supports and leads upon request global and local initiatives and roll-ins of Labour Relations & HR Compliance or related HR programs, policies, processes, projects

-Continuous improvement of Labour Relations & HR Compliance processes and tools in the area of responsibility, implementing innovative best practices within HR and towards the business; focus on support of business

Qualifications

  • Level of Education: University Degree in Law
  • Experience : 1 year in the automotive industry is appreciated
  • Language : French & English
  • Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
  • Professional competence : Collective Bargaining / Disciplinary Procedures/ Employee Garnishment Knowledge/ Employee Relations/ Employee Relocation / Labor Contract Knowledge/ Corporate Labour law / Disciplinary actions
