Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Specialist IVF Physician to join our fertility and reproductive medicine team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating infertility issues, managing IVF and assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures, and delivering patient-centered fertility care in accordance with UAE healthcare standards and international best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations, assessments, and fertility evaluations for patients and couples.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for infertility and reproductive health conditions.
• Perform and manage IVF/ICSI cycles, ovulation induction, follicular monitoring, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and related ART procedures.
• Interpret diagnostic tests including ultrasound scans, hormonal profiles, semen analysis, and genetic screening results.
• Collaborate with embryologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with DOH regulations and clinical governance standards.
• Provide counseling and emotional support to patients throughout fertility treatment journeys.
• Monitor treatment outcomes and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with advancements in reproductive medicine and fertility technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Completion of specialization in Obstetrics & Gynecology with fellowship/subspecialty training in Reproductive Medicine or IVF.
• DOH Abu Dhabi License or eligibility is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IVF and fertility treatments in a reputable healthcare facility.
• Proven expertise in ART procedures and fertility management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Experience with advanced fertility preservation techniques.
• Strong understanding of international fertility treatment protocols and standards.
