Job Description

The Specialist, IT BusinessPartnering is responsible for managingregional IT

infrastructure and provide business ITsolutions to users. They also provide

effective solutions to solve theissues/problems on the system incidentand

manage the external IT vendors forthe infra setup.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

IT Operations

• Support and maintain all infrastructure services. These may include hardware

infrastructure, server maintenance, site network support (connectivity,

equipment, wireless, VPN) and devices support (RF handhelds, truck mounts,

voice headsets).

• Resolve all IT service management issues. These may include anti-virus

installation and incident management, troubleshooting, warranties and licensing,

performance tuning and monitoring and driving root cause analysis

• Maintain system documentation, manage IT assets, software licenses, and

inventory lists

IT Business Partnering

• Provide IT specialist advice and help to resolve key customer queries and

issues

• Provide the best end-user care (EUC) support, to ensure customer satisfaction,

drive customer success and promote APLL's growth

Compliance

• Support & comply with Corporate Security & IT governance

EXPERIENCE:

General Experience

• Basic experience of simple office / operational systems

Candidates must be within 250 miles of an APL Logistics facility or office.

The typical starting salary range for this position is: $70,000 - $84,000

The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills, experience, and location. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus and benefits.

Work Location Requirement – APL Logistics
Employees residing within 25 miles of an APL Logistics Hub Office (AZ, FL, MI, NC, OR) are required to follow a designated Hybrid schedule as described below: Fully on-site, or fully remote schedules are determined based on role and business needs.
• Hybrid employees must report to the office 8 days per month, scheduled by their supervisor.
• Warehouse roles are typically fully on-site.
• Candidates outside the 25-mile radius may be considered for fully remote roles, depending on business needs.
Remote work requires full compliance with company policies, including workspace standards, timekeeping, and communication protocols. Commuting costs are not reimbursed. Adherence to this policy is a condition of employment.
