Eaton is currently seeking a Specialist IT Business Analyst to join our Digital Manufacturing IT organization, supporting a global network of manufacturing sites. The Specialist IT Business Analyst plays a key role in deploying and scaling lightweight Manufacturing Execution System (MES Lite) solutions based on Ignition (SCADA/IIoT platform). The role combines business analysis with hands-on implementation, working closely with production, engineering, and IT teams to translate operational requirements into scalable, shop floor-oriented digital solutions.

The analyst contributes to the development and rollout of standardized MES Lite templates, enabling fast and consistent deployment across multiple sites.
The role supports machine connectivity and system integration across shop floor environments, leveraging technologies such as Ignition, Kepware, OPC UA, and PLC interfaces. In addition, the analyst ensures that MES Lite solutions support broader data and digital manufacturing strategies, including integration with ERP, analytics platforms, and enterprise systems.
