Role purpose
Accountable for owning the implementation of the cloud platform strategy in support of both transformational and operational capabilities to meet business needs. Works closely with support teams and architecture to effectively execute impact assessments for any changes and serve as an escalation point of contact for any significant incidents or root cause analysis investigations. Works closely with project leads, CoE, release management to resolve any issues and proactively looks to identify and mitigate risks.
The Analytics Platofrm Lead will be responsible for providing leadership needed to ensure seamless operations and support from TSSC and 3rd party suppliers to Local Markets and Business Stakeholders. They will own roadmap planning for all major capabilities of cloud analytics platform that will serve BI capabilities across Vodafone – accountable for managing relationship across all internal and external parties and representing to senior levels in the business functions and local markets.
