Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Application Management & Governance
· Maintain and manage a comprehensive inventory of all enterprise applications. Maintain an accurate, real-time inventory of licenses, usage metrics, and vendor contracts.
· Ensure accurate documentation of application versions, licenses, dependencies, integrations, and usage metrics.
· Monitor application performance, availability, and user adoption to drive continuous improvement.
· Coordinate with vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders for application upgrades, patches, renewals, and lifecycle management.
· R&D Enablement: Provide specialized, high-tier support for our Research & Development teams. Ensure smooth operation of applications used for statistical analysis, machine learning training and AI applications.
