About The Role

Responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving business applications used by DKSH Myanmar. The role provides application support, incident resolution, user guidance, testing, documentation, and coordination with regional IT, business users, and vendors to ensure stable application operations and effective business process support.

What You Will Deliver

• Provide day-to-day support for business applications, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user guidance.
• Monitor application performance and availability, escalate critical issues, and follow up until resolution.
• Coordinate with business users, regional IT teams, vendors, and support partners for application changes, enhancements, and problem resolution.
• Support user access management, role assignment, and application configuration in line with company policies and control requirements.
• Participate in testing activities, including user acceptance testing, regression testing, and post-implementation validation.
• Prepare and maintain application support documentation, user guides, work instructions, and support records.
• Assist in application rollout, system upgrades, data validation, training, and business process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure incidents, service requests, and change requests are handled according to IT service management processes and agreed timelines.

What You Bring

• Good understanding of business applications, application support processes, incident management, change management, and user access administration.
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, DMS, reporting, workflow, or other enterprise application environments is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of databases, SQL queries, application interfaces, data validation, and reporting concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work with local business users, regional IT teams, and external vendors in a structured and service-oriented manner.
• Additional certification or training in IT service management, application support, database/reporting, or project coordination is an advantage.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting business users, coordinating with vendors, handling service requests/incidents, preparing documentation, and participating in testing or system rollout activities.
• Experience in distribution, logistics, sales, finance, supply chain, or shared service application environments is an advantage.
