Job Description

The BMW Group is developing rapidly and the optimized management of vehicle stock and distribution channels will play an even more crucial role than today. The European Sales Operations department is looking for support with these new tasks.

Specialist, Invoicing & Logistic Sales Operations HUB (f/m/x)

What can you expect?

  • Your responsibility will be to support the transition into the new sales model and to monitor the consistency of Europe-wide vehicle call-off processes.
  • You will be constantly monitoring the logistic & financial vehicle flow and in case of delays or disturbances you will be managing the incident by identifying & evaluating the problem, deriving measures and coordinating the communication with the relevant process partners.
  • You will be the main interface to the respective invoicing & logistic functions in the european markets and you will ensure functional and compliant sales operations processes for invoicing and vehicle logistics.
  • You will be in constant exchange with the relevant functions in Munich (HQ) and contribute to the improvement of the systems & processes.

What can we expect?

  • A degree in business administration, logistics or comparable fields of science with initial professional experience in the automotive industry in an operational stock management role (or comparable).
  • Alternatively, you have completed your vocational training and have at least 5 years of professional experience in an operational stock management role (or comparable).
  • Experience with the BMW Group ordering system IVS-R will be a plus.
  • Familiarity with BMW Group Products and Processes and confidence to handle and communicate with various Interface partners, e.g. with specialist departments, central functions and 3rd party providers.
  • The ability to accurately track inventory and run predefined reports.
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
  • Personal initiative and 100% reliability.
  • Team spirit and intercultural skills.
  • Fluent in business English
