Job Description

Coordinate and support all aspects of International Customer needs to comply with international customs law. Coordinates and develops programs to apply technology to the process to reduce cost and increase efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Get data information from vendors to create reports.

Create proforma invoices
Create dummy invoices
Elaborate several Export documentation

QUOTE REQUEST:

Request quote to vendors for regular drop ship orders.
Request special prices to vendors for large qty’s orders.
Follow up with the vendors on quote requests by customers.

ORDERS:

Place warehouse or dropship orders when needed for customers.
Follow up on Dropship order status with vendors.
Resolve order issues with vendors before the orders ship (price discrepancy, not meeting the min PPD, etc)
Resolve order issues with vendors after the orders ship out (Overage, Shortage, duplications, etc)

TRAINING

Training customers and Prospect to use our web site to place orders, navigate catalogs, get invoices, status of orders, etc.
Training of Sales Team

DEALER MARKET:

Register Customers on our web site to attend the Dealer Market and reserve their hotel room.
Assist the Customers and Prospect during Dealer Market.
Assist the Department with any new or special project, etc.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Documentation Management: Familiarity with international shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
Logistics & Supply Chain: Understanding global logistics, freight forwarding, and courier services.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management- Salesforce, MS Office (specifically Excel and Access), and ERP systems.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle international clients and remote teams.
Organization, Detail Orientation and Time Management: High attention to detail for managing complex documentation and reports, avoiding errors. Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Adaptability & Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to handle unexpected issues or customer inquiries.
Resilience: Ability to work under pressure and manage high-stakes, sometimes frustrating transactions, using common sense

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Two- three years of experience in sales support
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Frequent travel may be required.
