Job Description

Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Versicherungsprodukten im Bereich Services & Solutions
  • Aufbereitung und Analyse von relevanten Kennzahlen sowie deren Aufbereitung als Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen
  • Durchführung von Markt- und Werbeanalysen zur Identifizierung von Markttrends sowie Wettbewerbsaktivitäten
  • Weiterentwicklung der Versicherungsprodukte durch den Einsatz von gezielten Marketingkampagnen und POS-Material
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern in einem cross-funktionalen Team sowie externen Partnern

Profil

  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Business Development und Produktentwicklung
  • Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und ein fundiertes Zahlenverständnis
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Fließend Englisch & Deutsch (Arbeitssprache Deutsch)
  • Gute Selbstorganisation, Selbstmotivation und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Mindset der Umsetzung, Empathie & Schaffung von Vertrauen
  • Prozessorientierung und Erfahrung im Bereich Produktmanagement wünschenswert
