As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:

  • You operate and continuously enhance security testing tools (SAST/DAST) as well as security configurations across our Microsoft and/or SAP platforms.
  • You ensure secure and compliant operations through effective monitoring of access rights, user permissions, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
  • Additionally, you support Identity & Access Management, including user lifecycle management, role administration, and authorization governance.
  • Working closely with development teams, you review and assess code changes, solution architectures, and API integrations against established secure coding standards (e.g., OWASP).
  • Identifying security risks at an early stage and supporting vulnerability management are also part of your responsibilities.
  • In close collaboration with developers, business stakeholders, and international teams, you help implement secure-by-design principles across the organization.
  • Furthermore, you coordinate security-related activities throughout the software development lifecycle and support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Last but not least, you optimize and document security controls and automation mechanisms while serving as a trusted point of contact for security-related questions.

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification.
  • You bring several years of experience in operating and securing Microsoft and/or SAP system landscapes.
  • Ideally, you have gained experience in software development or a DevSecOps environment.
  • You are familiar with relevant security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIS2.
  • Additionally, you have hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Purview, the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit, SAP Cloud ALM, or comparable solutions.
  • You possess a solid understanding of cloud security, API security, as well as identity and access management concepts.
  • You excel at bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders and can communicate complex topics in a clear and practical manner.
  • You communicate confidently in both English and German, written and spoken.
