As the Specialist, In-Store Banner Marketing, you will play a critical role in executing high-impact in-store signage programs across assigned Empire banners. Reporting to the Manager, In-Store Banner Marketing, you will manage the end-to-end production and delivery of signage initiatives, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with banner marketing objectives.
This role acts as the primary project lead for signage execution, partnering closely with Banner Marketing teams, Creative, internal cross-functional partners, and external print vendors to deliver best-in-class in-store signage solutions. You will ensure all signage is operationally sound, delivered on time and on budget based on store-specific attributes, and designed with a store-first mindset.

Here's where you;ll be focusing:
• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned signage projects, from intake and briefing through to production, delivery, and execution in-store.
• Partner with Banner Marketing, Creative Integration and Creative teams to support tactical briefs, ensuring signage solutions align with campaign objectives, banner guardrails, and operational realities.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines and workbacks, ensuring deliverables are executed on time and within approved budgets.
• Act as the primary liaison with print vendor partners for assigned banners, managing quote requests, material selection, proof approvals, production schedules, and quality control.
• Review and validate vendor quotes and invoices, ensuring cost accuracy and adherence to approved budgets.
• Create clear, concise execution communications for store teams, ensuring signage implementation is straightforward and operationally feasible.
• Maintain and manage banner floor plans and signage blocking calendars to ensure effective prioritization and allocation of in-store signage spaces.
• Support the ongoing development and maintenance of store-facing signage guides.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, materials, workflows, and execution tools to enhance efficiency and elevate the in-store customer experience.

What you have to offer:
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in print production, in-store marketing, retail marketing, or project management within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives from concept to execution.
• Experience working directly with print vendors, including quoting, material selection, proofing, and production timelines.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative relationship builder with the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Creative Integration, Creative, Operations, and external partners.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint required); familiarity with project management tools considered an asset.
