Your tasks

• Payment of annuities for patents at international level and patent portfolio data administration;
• Insert and update data in our in-house IP Management System, check status of patents in online databases and communicate effectively with clients in English, by e-mail and by phone
• Assist our international clients in solving pending issues regarding their Intellectual Property portfolio
• Perform specific administrative duties as needed;
• Meet deadlines and follow-up on commitments;
• Constantly expand knowledge and expertise in Intellectual Property domain, with focus on patents and inventions;
• Develop strong internal and external relationships.

Your profile

• University degree in Business or Economics / Law / Applied Foreign Languages;
• Fluent spoken and written English;
• French and/or German are a plus;
• Affinity for working with numbers, strong attention to detail, thorough;
• Very good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
• Willingness to learn and ambitious towards achieving objectives;
• Autonomous working style with a critical mind-set;
• Team player.
