Job's mission

As a Specialist II, Revenue & Order Management, you play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and compliant Order‑to‑Delivery (OTD) process across ASM entities. You work at the intersection of sales operations, finance, logistics, and global teams to ensure revenue, bookings, and shipments are accurate, timely, and fully compliant. Through strong collaboration and attention to detail, you help enable business performance and operational excellence across the organization.

What you will be working on

  • Own and follow through the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Delivery (OTD) process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance at every stage
  • Understand and execute slotting activities for system and retrofit orders
  • Partner with Global Sales Operations and cross‑functional teams within ASM to support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end activities
  • Ensure booking and revenue entries are complete, accurate, and valid across reporting cycles
  • Ensure all sales order processing complies with corporate policies and secure required approvals based on business dynamics
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver KPIs and other key operational objectives
  • Liaise with the GTC team to ensure all shipments meet trade compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with the FSSS team on Letter of Credit (LC) verification and processing
  • Develop the capability to analyze and run Sales AFO reports to support multiple ASM entities
  • Support the Finance team during external audits by maintaining accurate and well‑documented transactional records

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in revenue, order management, sales operations, or a similar role within a semiconductor equipment or high-tech equipment manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of order‑to‑cash or order‑to‑delivery processes
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable working with cross‑functional and global teams
  • Clear and professional communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with SAP S/4 Hana ERP systems, Salesforce forecasting system and/or reporting tools such as Incorta
