Job Description

  • Provide hands-on support and implementation experience for Oracle EBS, assisting users with technical problems and independently resolving issues.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis, recommend resolutions, and communicate effectively with business users, technical teams, and management across the organization.
  • Open, manage, and resolve Oracle Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
  • Meet aggressive project timelines, collaborate effectively with remote teams, and adapt to different time zones as needed.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Oracle R12 tools and technologies.
  • Integrate Oracle R12 with other systems and enhance existing Oracle R12 modules.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle R12 applications.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle EBS.
  • Extensive expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL programming, and Oracle EBS technical components (Forms, Reports, BI Publisher).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global teams across different time zones.
