We currently have a great opportunity available for a The Service Center System Specialist I. The Service Center System Specialist I position will have the responsibility of assembling and installing Sysmex Automation systems that are built in the Internal Service Center. This position also includes traveling to customer sites to perform pre-site inspections prior to the assembly of the system.
Maintain the process for the inventory and shipping of instrumentation and all necessary parts to successfully support the SNAP program.
Maintain and conform to all procedures and documentation to meet regulatory and ISO guidelines.
Verify that all essential components and instrumentation included in the XN Automation System Build.
Pre-Build XN/UN Automation Systems following all Quality and Manufacturing processes.
Prepare and Pack XN/UN Automation Systems for shipment to customer sites.
Travel to customer sites to perform a pre-site making sure all documentation is completed.
Perform remote pre-sites with local Service Engineer making sure documentation is completed.
Travel to customer sights to install XN/UN Automation Systems.
Verify installed XN/UN Automation and complete all installation documentation.
Other duties as assigned.
Physical Risk: Regular exposure to risk that may require alertness, but with minimal precautions.
Physical Demands: Heavy physical activity. Routine handling of objects more than 50 pounds. May require periods of substantial discomforts due to excessive noise, dust, and/or other conditions.
Percentage of Travel: Up to 75%
The hourly pay range for this role is $18.88 to $29.67, (along with an overtime pay). Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Eligible temporary employees may choose from available medical, dental, and vision insurance plans. Benefits are provided through the temporary staffing agency that manages payroll services for this assignment. Additional benefits and eligibility may vary based on the agency's programs.
