Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and achieve sales targets and assigned KPI in ITES services sales
  • Actively working with the Sales team to uncover, qualify and propose technology services opportunities and solutions that add real value to FFBI customers.
  • Queries from internal and external stakeholders are responded to quickly and accurately
  • Articulate and present statement of works and solution design documents that are concise, well defined, and easily understood by FFBI customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with Customers, Sales staff, and FFBI operations teams
  • Provide consulting to customers where required
  • Assist with the creation of proposals and tender responses
