Where You'll Make a Difference

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of Material and Quality Master Data across global manufacturing sites.
• Support critical business operations by maintaining high-quality master data that enables product creation, manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to new product development by managing quality documentation, specifications, statements, and reports required by customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support global master data transition projects across multiple regions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data issues, improve processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Play a key role in ensuring compliance with internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and global business policies.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, Food Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Master Data Management, Quality Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, or related business functions.
• Knowledge of SAP Material Master, Quality Management processes, and enterprise data management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across global teams and functions.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and support.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience working with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), Material Master, or Quality Management modules.
• Exposure to global manufacturing environments and cross-regional master data operations.
• Knowledge of regulatory documentation, religious certifications, tariff codes, trade compliance, or product compliance processes.
• Experience supporting data migration, system implementations, or master data transition projects.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and data quality enhancements.
• Ability to train users, develop documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
