
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain a proficient level of expertise in the detail design practices of SEL protection and automation systems.
2. Develop and maintain a proficient level of knowledge of SEL equipment and solutions to electric power system protection and automation applications.
3. Complete assigned work within agreed upon schedule and budget to a high level of quality.
4. Train and assist customers with the installation, commissioning, and operation of automation and/or protection systems, both on-site and from SEL offices.
5. Work in a safe, healthful and environmentally sound manner, report accidents and unsafe conditions promptly, and perform ergonomic exercises to reduce likelihood of injuries.
6. Provide support for other SEL marketing, sales, application engineering, and development activities.
7. Continuously identify, measure, and improve processes.
8. Other duties as assigned.
