We are currently seeking a Specialist HVAC, reporting directly to Project Site Manager to join our team based in West Papua, Indonesia.

The Specialist HVAC is a crucial figure for coordinating and managing the heavy lift activities, overseeing the project from inception to completion. They ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The role involves a blend of hands-on management, strategic planning, and effective communication with multiple stakeholders. In addition to technical skills, they are required for problem-solving and exhibit strong leadership qualities

Specialist HVAC coordinates and oversees all departments’ site construction activities at the West Papua facilities reporting to the Lead – Onshore Construction, Installation and Pre-comm (ISBL & OSBL).
