We are looking for a Specialist- Human Resources who demonstrates this mission and wants to work for an organization that makes a difference in the community.
What you will be doing?
Performs various duties related to the Human Resources Department including maintaining accurate personnel records and Human Resource Information System database. Monitors and follows up on required file documentation. Maintains automated personnel information. Executes correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite and database software programs. Serves as primary back-up for recruitment functions.

What will you bring to the table?
Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Advanced education or certification human resources preferred.
Experience: 3+ years experience in a human resources role required. Experience working in a social service setting preferred. Spanish-bilingual preferred.
Physical:
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally (e.g., boxes, materials, or event supplies).
• May require extended periods of sitting, standing, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching as required.
