You will work closely with stakeholders to address workforce needs, provide HR-related guidance, and contribute to an effective and positive employee experience.You will be responsible for:Managing end-to-end recruitment activities in accordance with approved policies and workforce plans.Coordinating with hiring managers on sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection decisions.Facilitating pre-employment formalities and offer management.Coordinating onboarding, orientation, and induction activities for new hires.Ensuring completion of all pre-joining and post-joining requirements.Liaising with relevant departments for seamless employee integration.Ensuring accurate and timely data entry, while updating the data in HRMSKeeping the relevant stakeholders updated on the progress of hiring.Completing personnel files as per the requirements and sending them to Records Room as per expected timeline.Coordinating with business and employees to take necessary actions on various processes including appointments, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, Change in Job Status, and post-retirement cases.Ensuring timely issuance of employment-related letters and other documents.Liaising with HR Operations to complete transactions efficiently.Coordinating and conduct exit interviews as applicable.Analyzing feedback and identify trends and improvement opportunities.Sharing insights with relevant stakeholders for action planning.Reviewing HR dashboards and workforce metrics including headcount, turnover, recruitment, overtime, and employee movements.Identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.Partnering with business leaders to develop data-driven action plans.
Requrements:Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Administrative Sciences or equivalent, preferably with a major in Human Resource Management or Organization PsychologyAt least three years of relevant experience, preferably with tertiary level healthcare organizations.Experience of carrying out core HR processes in large teams.Proficient in the use of HRMS systems and should have excellent command of MS Office packageProblem solving and managing tight deadlines.Knowledge of the wider organisation and how it functions within as well as with external environment.Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
