You will help shape the digital HR experience for employees across Danfoss. By improving the systems and services people use every day, you will make HR support simpler, faster, and more intuitive throughout the employee journey.

In this role, you will combine your understanding of HR processes, technology, and employee experience to turn business needs into practical solutions. You will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to continuously improve how services are delivered.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Configure, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) capabilities, including HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge Management, and related workflows.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into effective system configurations, process improvements, and employee-facing HR solutions.
• Lead and support system enhancements, testing, and releases, ensuring new capabilities deliver value and meet business requirements.
• Monitor data quality, conduct process reviews, and resolve system issues to ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient HR operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital innovation, including the adoption of AI-powered solutions such as virtual agents, intelligent knowledge management, and self-service capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, followed by experience working with HR systems and digital HR platforms, including configuration, testing, process support, and system administration.
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or similar HR service management solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including areas such as recruiting, payroll, benefits, and performance management.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, solve complex problems, and translate needs into practical system and process improvements.
• Experience collaborating with both business and technology teams, building strong relationships and driving solutions across functions.
• Interest in and familiarity with AI-enabled HR technologies, employee self-service tools, virtual agents, and digital employee experience solutions.
