Job Description

Job title: Human Resouces Business Partner

In this role, you will be able to see how HR Business Partner in JASM helps align and transform an organization's people strategy into business impact.

  1. Be responsible for the assigned account(s) to provide HR support on policies & procedures of related HR domains including recruiting, staffing, employee benefit, employee communication, people development, leadership development and organizational development, etc.
  2. Facilitate HR annual programs and activities, e.g., “Promotion”, “Performance Review”, and “H/C Management”,…etc. to ensure the execution is aligned with program purposes and objectives.
  3. Partner with hiring managers to identify recruiting needs, best-fit candidates through tsmc selection process, prepare employment proposal, influence hiring manager and candidate to close the offer and facilitate the onboarding.
  4. Support HRBP Managers or HR Director on the assigned HR projects for HR solution implementation. The task may include project proposal preparation, data analysis, reports and communication with the related stakeholders.
  5. Maintain hiring progress and generate reports to monitor KPIs/quality.

Others

  1. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Must be fluent in Mandarin/Japanese (N1) both in speaking and written. English TOEIC score >700 is a plus.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft office(excel/PowerPoint) and be able to analyze & visualize data.
  4. Bachlor & above degree in HRM, MBA, Psychology, Statistics and Labor relation or the other related domains.
  5. General knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
  6. HR experiences is a plus.
