Job Description

Growth Marketing Specialist (Website Platform Owner) is responsible for end-to-end governance and optimization of the Public Website (PWS), ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience while supporting business functions in delivering digital content and campaigns. This role serves as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, managing website performance, analytics, platform enhancements, and technical SEO initiatives to drive digital growth and customer engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Website Governance & Platform Ownership

  • Own and govern PWS, ensuring brand, content, and UI/UX consistency across all pages and customer journeys.

  • Establish and maintain PWS standards, processes, and governance guidelines.

  • Manage PWS content lifecycle, including publishing, updating, archiving, and quality assurance.

  • Ensure PWS compliance with corporate branding, regulatory, and digital experience standards.

2. Content Management & Business Support

  • Support stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Product, Distribution… and other business teams) to publish and manage website content.

  • Support the development and launch of new webpages, landing pages, and digital experiences aligned with business objectives.

  • Validate content implementation to ensure accuracy, usability, and optimal customer experience.

3. Platform Development & Vendor/Technology Coordination

  • Act as the primary business owner for PWS platform enhancements and issue management.

  • Collaborate closely with MITDC and technology teams to:

    • Localize global/regional website features for local market requirements.

    • Coordinate enhancements, testing, and deployment of new functionalities.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance incidents.

  • Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful rollout of new website capabilities.

4. Website Analytics & Performance Management

  • Monitor and analyze website performance using Adobe Analytics and other digital measurement tools.

  • Track key website KPIs including traffic, engagement, conversion, customer journeys, and lead generation performance.

  • Identify insights and recommendations to improve website effectiveness and customer experience.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and present findings to stakeholders.

5. Data Analytics & Dashboard Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.

  • Consolidate website, campaign and customer behavior data into actionable insights.

  • Support data-driven optimization initiatives across digital acquisition and customer engagement activities.

6. SEO Optimization Support

  • Possess working knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.

  • Support technical SEO implementation

  • Partner with GPMSS and technology teams to improve organic search visibility and website discoverability.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in website management, digital marketing, website analytics, digital product ownership, or related areas.

  • Hands-on experience managing company websites and content management systems (CMS).

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and technology stakeholders in a matrix environment.

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or equivalent web analytics platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Marketing Automation platforms is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Website Content Management Systems (CMS).

  • Adobe Analytics (preferred), Google Analytics, or equivalent tools.

  • Dashboarding and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

  • Basic understanding of SEO and technical SEO practices.

  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and conversion optimization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills

  • Good command of English

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into digital solutions.

  • Detail-oriented with strong project coordination capabilities.

  • Proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
