
The Specialist, Global Events, supports the Project Manager in leading and organizing multiple projects in exhibitions & special events. This role assists in conceptual design, design development, project reviews, project communications and operations, quality and design control, scheduling, and project reporting. The individual must be creative, detail-oriented, and able to develop design concepts within Tiffany and Company standards, while managing the overall scheduling and budget of projects under the guidance of the Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management support skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist in managing multiple vendors, projects, tasks, and navigating budgets, negotiations, and technical complexities of special event projects. A critical aspect of this role involves strong graphic design capabilities and understanding of CAD, SketchUp and/or Adobe suite?, specifically in drawing floor plans, lighting plots, audio plots, and rendering designs, to bring conceptual designs to life.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $70,125 - $94,875. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
