
The Specialist, Global Retail Client Experience plays an integral role in bringing the Tiffany Client Experience to life across our global retail network.
As part of the Retail Client Experience team, this position supports the day-to-day management and operational excellence of Client Experience Tools, including Uniforms, Hospitality, Selling Tools, and Client Collateral. Working closely with external vendors and internal partners across Retail, Procurement, and Retail Excellence, the Specialist helps ensure stores have the resources they need to deliver exceptional client experiences through effective inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, order fulfillment, vendor management, and issue resolution.
Success in this role comes from balancing operational rigor with a strong understanding of retail needs. The Specialist maintains program guidelines, training resources, and operational processes, monitors program adoption and usage, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Through strong cross-functional collaboration and a continuous improvement mindset, this role helps drive consistency, adoption, and ongoing enhancement of the Tiffany experience around the world.
Location: This role is in-person at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.
Successful candidates will contribute to the operational excellence of Tiffany's Client Experience programs by ensuring stores have consistent access to the tools and resources needed to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Successful candidates will help support and scale new Client Experience initiatives by providing operational support, strong project coordination, and a focus on retail execution.
The hiring range for this position ranges from $70,125 - $90,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
