In the Specialist Global Human Resources role, you will support key transactional and operational HR processes, ensuring close collaboration with local HR teams across regions and contributing to the successful delivery of global HR initiatives.

SCHOOL EDUCATION
Minimum: Bachelor in human resources related fields (Admin, Psychology, HR etc)
Desirable: MBA/Master in Human Resources or Business Administration
EXPERIENCE
>8 years of experience in HR matters. HRBP experience/knowledge is highly appreciated. Experience in multinational companies with interactions in a global/multicultural level
Target companies and Industries: Engineering and Manufacturing industry (by education and /or experience), Hydropower sector would be additional value.
