Job Description

Calling all originals: At Levi Strauss & Co., you can be yourself — and be part of something bigger. We’re a company of people who like to forge our own path and leave the world better than we found it. Who believe that what makes us different makes us stronger. So add your voice. Make an impact. Find your fit — and your future.

The Global Brand Experience team brings Levi's brand stories to life inside our stores around the world. We are responsible for how consumers experience Levi's—visually, emotionally, and physically—across every retail environment. From seasonal storytelling and mannequin concepts to global toolkits and brand guidelines, our work translates Levi's heritage and cultural relevance into tangible, inspiring in‑store experiences.

As Specialist for our Global BX team, you'll support the day‑to‑day operations of the Brand Experience team while gaining hands‑on exposure to global retail strategy, visual merchandising, and cross‑functional collaboration. If you're adaptable, creatively curious, and motivated to learn, this is an exciting opportunity. You'll learn how global brand ideas come to life at store level, and grow your career in retail, fashion, and creative storytelling directly from your manager, the Senior Manager, Global Visual Merchandising.

About the Job

  • Manage key dates and milestones from cross‑functional partners to maintain the Global Brand Experience deliverables calendar.

  • Collaborate with the Brand Experience Visual Merchandising (VM) team to create, compile, and maintain presentations, internal documents, and training materials, including decks and videos.

  • Maintain organization and distribution of Global Directive Assortment digital assets each season by store channel and tier, delivering assets to internal partners.

  • Manage seasonal sample requests, tracking usage and coordinating returns to the sample library.

  • Support internal activations, meetings, mannequin library organization, and internal visual setups.

  • Support the management and day‑to‑day upkeep of the Global Brand Experience Retail Lab.

  • Help deliver global Brand Experience guidelines and direction in partnership with cross‑functional teams, helping regional clusters adapt and implement locally.

  • Partner with Global Styling to help deliver global mannequin concepts aligned with seasonal product storytelling and brand campaigns.

  • Communicate with global and domestic partners, supporting brainstorming, creative problem‑solving, and solutions across retail markets.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in retail, brand, creative, or support roles, applying knowledge of store operations and customer experience to brand execution.

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, used to create presentations, organize assets, and support visual storytelling.

  • Experience with the retail environment and visual trends, contributing to seasonal storytelling, mannequins, and in‑store brand experiences.

  • Able to carefully manage team operations, manage calendars, assets, samples, and deliverables across multiple teams and timelines.

  • Collaborative partner, supporting cross‑functional and regional teams with creative problem‑solving and follow‑through.

  • Passion for fashion, art, and contemporary culture, being a brand ambassador while embracing inclusive collaboration and evolving tools, including AI.
