**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting Representative is a crucial role within the Accounting Services job function, tasked with ensuring accurate and timely processing of fund and client accounting activities. As part of the Accounting Services job family, this role focuses on delivering precise financial data and analysis that meet client needs and regulatory requirements. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Ensure accurate and timely processing of fund accounting activities by applying deep knowledge in accounting principles and practices. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and enhance process efficiencies, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and communication. - Conduct thorough analyses of financial data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, thereby supporting the integrity of financial reporting. - Maintain up-to-date records and documentation to support audits and regulatory reviews, showcasing meticulous attention to detail. - Assist in the development and implementation of accounting best practices and process improvements to elevate service quality. - Provide expert guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. **EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. - Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are advantageous but not required. **EXPERIENCE:** 1-3 years of experience. **SKILLS:** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate financial data processing. - Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members. - Proficiency in accounting software and tools, enabling efficient and precise financial operations.
