Deine Aufgaben:
Um den betrügerischen Einsatz unserer Tankkarten zu erkennen, führst Du Datenanalysen durch
Durch die Kontrolle von Präventionsmaßnahmen, erkennst Du
Betrugsmuster, identifizierst deren Hintergründe und leitest
dadurch Optimierungspotenziale ab
Du unterstützt die Kunden bei der Abwicklung von Betrugsfällen und findest Lösungen im Schadensfall
Du bist zuständig für den Informationsaustausch mit der Polizei und erstellst Betrugsstatistiken und Reportings
Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden sowie mit unserem Kundenservice zusammen
Dein Profil:
Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische
Ausbildung
Im Umgang mit MS Office, Cognos Analytics und Lotus Notes fühlst Du Dich sicher
Du hast eine Affinität für Zahlen- und Datenanalyse
Deine eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie deine
offene und positive Kommunikationsweise zeichnen Dich aus
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
in Wort und Schrift
