As a Specialist Food Regulatory, you will support regulatory compliance activities for products across Mexico and export markets within LATAM. You will partner with cross-functional teams to help ensure products meet applicable food regulations, support innovation initiatives, and contribute to successful product launches while protecting Hershey’s reputation and commitment to quality and compliance.
What will you do?
Execute product compliance activities, including ingredient reviews, artwork and label approvals, formula assessments, and sanitary registration support for new and existing products.
Prepare regulatory dossiers, technical documentation, product specifications, and supporting documentation required for market compliance.
Maintain regulatory databases, documentation, records, and tracking systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Partner with R&D, Marketing, Sales, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to support innovation projects and product launches.
Monitor regulatory developments, assess potential business impacts, and communicate changes to key stakeholders.
Support regulatory training and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen compliance awareness across the organization.
Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or a related scientific discipline.
