The Controlling Operations Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of controlling operations through meticulous administrative and clerical support. Managing essential office tasks and providing comprehensive support to the team. This role demonstrates dependability in handling tasks, a caring attitude towards team collaboration, a proactive approach to improving processes, and a forward-thinking mindset to anticipate and solve challenges, all contributing to the operational success of the company.​

About the position

• As a Specialist in Business Controlling, you will play a key role in analyzing business performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the APAC region. You will deliver insights that help improve profitability, operational efficiency, and financial transparency.
• This role offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to high-impact reporting and analysis. You will helpmonitorcost performance,identifytrends, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Tasks:

• Analyze business performance across key areas, including profitability,lossfiles, procurement efficiency, customer trends, volume development, and yield.
• Support job costing and performance tracking activities across APAC countries.
• Conduct monthly closing checks and ensure data accuracy in financial reports.
• Assistin preparing monthly performance reports for Country and Regional Management.
• Maintainand update Power BI dashboards to provide clear, actionable insights.
• Track and report cost deviations using JIRA and MS Teams, ensuringtimelyescalation.
• Participatein regular review meetings with country stakeholders and contribute to performance discussions.
• Identifyopportunities for process improvement and support implementation efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure report.
