As a Specialist in Family Medicine, you will be responsible for diagnosing, managing, and preventing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions among patients of all ages. Your expertise will contribute to improving patient outcomes through individualized treatment plans and collaborative care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage various medical conditions, focusing on holistic family health
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment and prevention plans
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health maintenance and wellness
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure integrated care delivery
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records as per facility standards
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in family medicine and apply best practices

Requirements

• Medical degree with valid licensing to practice as a Specialist in Family Medicine
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine
• Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience in a family medicine setting, preferably within a leading healthcare facility
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and multidisciplinary teams
• Patient-focused, compassionate, and culturally sensitive approach to care
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
