We're Hiring | Specialist Family Medicine

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Specialist Family Medicine physician to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages, focusing on disease prevention, early diagnosis, chronic disease management, and health promotion. The ideal candidate must hold a valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as a Specialist Family Medicine physician.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based clinical practices.
• Conduct routine health assessments, preventive screenings, vaccinations, and wellness examinations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress through regular follow-up visits.
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, dyslipidemia, and thyroid disorders.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and preventive healthcare.
• Perform minor outpatient procedures within the scope of Family Medicine practice.
• Refer patients to appropriate specialists when advanced evaluation or treatment is required.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using the hospital's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, infection control standards, patient safety protocols, and hospital policies.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, departmental meetings, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities.

Requirements

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized by DHA.
• MD, DNB, Arab Board, Membership/Fellowship of recognized medical colleges, or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine recognized by DHA.
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as a Specialist Family Medicine physician.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification is an added advantage.
