The role requires strong functional knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, ERP systems expertise (preferably PeopleSoft), and project/change management skills. The incumbent will also support departmental users with other relevant systems, identify process gaps, propose digital solutions, conduct user training, and lead change management initiatives to drive operational efficiency and system adoption.You will be responsible to:1. ERP Implementation & Optimization - Lead/support configuration, testing, rollout, and improvement of ERP modules

  1. Functional & Technical User Support - Provide second-line ERP and system support to PSCMD and end-users
  2. Data Analytics & Insights - Generate actionable analytics for purchasing, inventory, and supplier performance
  3. Risk Identification & Controls Monitoring - Use data trends to highlight risks (e.g., overstocking, delays, compliance issues)
  4. Process Re-engineering & Automation - Identify inefficient processes and implement ERP or digital automation solutions
  5. System Training & Knowledge Management - Conduct ERP-related trainings and maintain SOPs for users
  6. Cross-System Functional Support - Provide support for other PSCMD tools (e.g., eTendering, Contracts)
  7. Explore Use of AI Tools - Pilot AI applications for demand planning, contract insights, or anomaly detection
  8. Collaboration with ICT & Stakeholders - Act as a bridge between PSCMD, ICT, Finance, and Operations for system needs
  9. Compliance & Reporting - Ensure ERP workflows comply with internal policies and audit standards

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:16 years of education / master’s degree in business administration/ computer science/ information systems or related field.Trainings and certifications in ERP systems and IT Software will be considered as an added advantage.Min. 2 – 3 years of experience in ERP Software development/ implementation/ training / functional leadExperience in Healthcare Industry will be considered as an added advantageExpertise in ERP systems, preferably PeopleSoft.Strong analytical, reporting, and process improvement skills.Experience in system support, troubleshooting, and user training.Knowledge of AI, digital solutions, and business automation.Proven project, change management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted
