KU Children's Services is seeking an organised and proactive Specialist Equipment Library Program Support Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of our Specialist Equipment Library.
This is a varied role that combines administration, logistics, stakeholder engagement and equipment coordination to help ensure children with additional needs can access inclusive early childhood education and care environments.
Reporting to the Specialist Equipment Library Manager, you will coordinate equipment loans, deliveries and returns while supporting educators, therapists and services across Australia.
You will play an important role in ensuring the library operates efficiently, delivering responsive customer service and maintaining accurate records across all aspects of the program.
This is a permanent part-time position working 30 hours per week across 5 days, offering flexibility while ensuring consistent support for the Specialist Equipment Library program.

You will bring:
Experience in early childhood education, disability services, community services, inventory management or equipment coordination will be highly regarded. A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care is desirable.
