Organization: Novo Nordisk GBS, Bangalore

Are you passionate about enterprise digital signature platforms and eager to make an impact in a global organisation where your expertise can make a real difference? We are looking for a Specialist to drive the operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Novo Nordisk’s digital signature solutions, including Adobe Sign GxP and Docusign Join us and play a key role in delivering secure, compliant, and reliable digital signing services across the organisation.

The position

As a Specialist – Enterprise Digital Signature Solutions, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth IT operation and continuous improvement of our digital signature solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of product suites such as Adobe Sign (GxP) and Docusign, ensuring service availability and performance.

  • Handling incidents, problems including major incidents, and collaborating with vendors and architects to resolve issues according to ITIL process.

  • Acting as the subject matter expert (SME), providing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and technical guidance on issues faced by end users.

  • Monitoring service performance, reporting on incident trend analysis, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Maintaining service catalogues, service and Product documentation, and compliance artefacts.

  • Supporting management activities and ensuring audit readiness for the services.

  • Managing vendor relationships, tracking their performance, and ensuring service levels meet business expectations.

  • Ensuring compliance with IT security, privacy, regulatory, and GxP requirements.

  • Staying updated with industry trends and recommending improvements and innovations.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who can bring the following skills and experiences to the table:

  • Strong experience (5–12 years) in IT product or service operations, with hands‑on techno functional knowledge of digital signature platforms such as Adobe Sign and DocuSign.

  • Solid understanding of ITSM processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow), with ITIL certification or training. Comfortable working in agile delivery models and applying basic AI literacy to improve day‑to‑day productivity.

  • Additional strengths include exposure to Azure, identity and access provisioning, and core IT security concepts within a large, complex global organisation, along with experience or working knowledge of validation, compliance, or GxP‑regulated environments.Demonstrated business understanding and the ability to deliver results across functions in an international IT setup.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with end users across varying technical and organisational levels. Fluent in spoken and written English. Strong planning, coordination, and analytical abilities, with flexibility to operate under time pressure. Curious, adaptable, and motivated to continuously learn and stay current with new technologies and organisational processes.

About the department

You will be part of the Global Digital Workplace APAC department within the Infrastructure & IT Security (I&IS) unit of Novo Nordisk’s Enterprise IT organisation, based in Bangalore, India. The team operates in a lean‑agile, global service delivery model, working closely with product teams and Danish counterparts to support digitalisation, collaboration, and communication platforms.

The department comprises experienced Service Managers, IT Architects, Technical Specialists, and Business Analysts, collectively responsible for Microsoft 365 platforms, Adobe and digital signature solutions, collaboration and meeting technologies, device and endpoint management platforms. Together, the team focuses on delivering a secure, stable, and high‑quality digital workplace experience for Novo Nordisk employees worldwide.
