About the Role

We are seeking a proactive EC Specialist to mainly drive the growth of our Amazon Seller (3P) business. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, the Amazon Vendor (1P) team, supply chain, marketing, and external agencies to ensure smooth Amazon operations and prevent issues with other sales channels. You will also work jointly with the Rakuten and Yahoo (D2C) teams to strengthen cross‑channel alignment and support overall Amazon business performance.


In addition, you will support back-end operations task on Rakuten and Yahoo EC store as secondary duties. You may also be assigned to manage other marketplace channels in the future.

This position will report to the EC Manager, consumer Audio team as direct reporting line.


What You Will Do

  • Manage the Amazon daily operations, and the day-to-day activities.
  • Responsible for improving sell-through by optimizing the catalog on Amazon and identifying areas for improvement by analyzing data provided by Seller Central, Amazon consultants, and the advertising agency, together with your team members
  • Have the communication with Harman global account team for Amazon
  • Manage daily backend operations, system updates, and troubleshooting, including escalation handling for customer inquiries on Rakuten and Yahoo! Marketplace.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in e-Commerce.
  • Must have experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central.
  • Business level English, both speaking and writing.
  • Skills in making Advanced Excel-Pivot Tables, Grouping, Data Validation, and VLOOKUP are essential.
  • Strong skills in creating analytical reports, promotional plans, and presentation materials using PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Passion to achieve the goal and lead the stakeholder.
  • Self-starter, good communication skill and can take on challenges without fear of failure and who can always aim for high goals. Those who can take the initiative to take on challenges and improve in difficult situations.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • The experience as an Account Specialist of Rakuten or Yahoo marketplace.
  • The experience as an Account Specialist in consumer retail goods.
  • Ability to make creative content using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.

What Makes You Eligible

  • Basically, no domestic sales trip.
  • Successfully complete a background investigation/Aptitude Test as a condition of employment.
