E-Commerce Specialist

Reporting to : E-Commerce シニア・マネージャー
Department : E-Commerce

主な業務内容（What You’ll Do）:

自社サイトや EC モールサイトを中心としたオンラインショップの運営に関わる業務全般を担当
◆ 商品登録
商品説明文章作成、商品情報記入（素材、原産国など）のマスタ作成と画像などを登録
◆ 商品在庫管理
自社 EC サイト、モールの特性に合わせた適切な在庫配置・在庫調整、商品ページ、モデルページの撮影なども想定
◆ 販売促進
お客様のニーズ、モールの特性に合わせた販売促進（TOPICS 作成、EC モールへの販促依頼、自社サイトでの販売促進施策
の立案と実施）。メルマガ、アプリコンテンツの作成および配信、商品訴求内容を考えてお客様へのご提案
◆ 広告運用
広告運用業務におけるクリエイティブ制作・管理、代理店さんとのコミュニケーションなど
◆ お客様サポート対応
自社サイト、EC モールのサポートセンターからのお問い合わせ対応、他部署と連携してお客様のご要望を解決する
◆ 販売に関する付帯業務
商品の管理、移動処理、出荷等、販売に付帯する業務全般を行う

• 販売促進施策実行代理店
• 自社サイト運営ベンダー
• 各 EC モール
• 倉庫など

Internal Relations:
• Merchandising チーム
• Communication and Marketing チーム
• Retail チーム
• Logistics チーム

応募資格・求めるスキル (What You’ll Bring):
【必須】
• ECの実務経験 2年以上※業界不問/アパレル経験者歓迎
【尚可】
• Webマーケティングの知識がある方
• マーケティング戦略に興味がある方
• 自社ECサイト、ECモールの経験がある方
• 数字分析、商品訴求のアイデア出しができる方
【求める人物像】
• 優先順位を決められる方
• 改善、問題解決が好きな方
• 協調性に長け、助け合いやチームワークを重要視される方

歓迎要件 (We’d love to see) :
【必須】
• メーカーまたはオフィシャルサイト運営の経験
【尚可】
• 「お客様をどう感動させるか？」を考えられる方
• お客様を大切にブランドを大事に一緒に育てて頂ける方
• アパレル業界での自社サイト運営の経験
• メールマガジンやSNS（LINE、Instagram、Twitter等）を使用した集客の運用経験
• Google Analytics などの分析ツールの使用経験
