What is Specialist Disbursement Solutions?
We are seeking an experienced and solution-oriented professional to join the JazzCash Disbursement Solutions team as a Specialist – Disbursement Solutions. Operating within a rapidly evolving corporate portal ecosystem, this role is pivotal in managing end-to-end disbursement operations, driving partner integrations, and ensuring seamless, reliable delivery of disbursement products and services.
The Specialist will act as the primary operational and solutioning point of contact for disbursement workstreams, owning the execution of integrations, managing partner relationships, focusing on growth of the solution, resolving operational escalations, and contributing to product enhancements that support the platform's continued expansion. The role demands both technical acumen and strong stakeholder management capabilities. This position reports to Product Manager – Disbursements.
What does Specialist Disbursement Solutions do?
Key Responsibilities
Disbursement Operations & Solutioning
• Own and manage end-to-end disbursement workflows, ensuring seamless processing, reconciliation, and exception handling across all active disbursement channels.
• Act as the primary solutioning resource for disbursement-related queries, incidents, and escalations, providing timely resolutions to minimise service disruption.
• Design and implement operational processes to support new disbursement product launches and feature rollouts on the corporate portal.
• Monitor transaction flows, identify failure points or bottlenecks, and coordinate with Technology teams to drive prompt resolution.
Partner & Client Integration Management
• Lead end-to-end onboarding and integration of new corporate clients and disbursement partners onto the JazzCash platform.
• Serve as the technical and operational liaison between JazzCash and external partners during integration, UAT, and post-go-live phases.
• Coordinate with internal Technology, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure integrations are executed within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain a structured integration pipeline tracker, proactively managing milestones and flagging risks to delivery timelines.
Corporate Portal Growth & Evolution Support
• Support the ongoing evolution of the JazzCash Corporate Portal by contributing operational and solutioning expertise to new module development and capability expansions.
• Collaborate with the Product team to define requirements for disbursement-related portal enhancements, translating operational pain points into actionable product features.
• Track corporate portal adoption and onboarding progress, identifying opportunities to improve client experience and accelerate activation.
• Assist in defining and monitoring success metrics, including onboarding TAT, activation rates, and transaction volumes for corporate portal initiatives.
• Managing growth activities focusing on wallet engagements and perform analysis of successful use case adoption within JC ecosystem
Operational Excellence & Compliance
• Ensure all disbursement operations adhere to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for operational processes, integration SOPs, and partner configurations.
• Identify and propose improvements to existing workflows to drive cost optimisation, reduce TAT, and enhance overall service quality.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate operational data, process documentation, and exception reports.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
• Prepare and present regular operational updates, integration status reports, and performance summaries for internal leadership and external partners.
• Coordinate across Product, Technology, Finance, and Business teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Escalate risks and blockers proactively, ensuring leadership has timely visibility into operational challenges that may affect service delivery.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be a Specialist Disbursement Solutions?
Educational Background
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in disbursement operations, digital payments, fintech, or banking — with a strong focus on product solutioning or operational management.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end partner or client integrations in a payments or financial services environment.
• Prior exposure to corporate portals, B2B payment platforms, or bulk disbursement ecosystems is strongly preferred.
• Track record of operating effectively in fast-paced, multi-workstream environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
Technical Skills
• Strong understanding of payment rails, disbursement workflows, and reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with API-based integrations and the ability to engage technically with Technology teams during integration delivery.
• Proficiency in operational tools, project trackers, and reporting platforms (Excel, dashboards, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks applicable to digital disbursements in Pakistan is an advantage.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to engage confidently with clients, partners, and senior leadership.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and deliver outcomes under pressure.
