Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform the User acceptance testing and ensure all channels digital systems are working as per the expectation in order to be sure of stability and availability of all of C&C platforms.
  • Identify defects and get them resolved to have better customer experience across C&C Channel’s and improve the Digital KPI’s to support digital business teams to achieve their targets.
  • Analyze, recommend and execute innovative solutions and work in Scrum Teams to achieve faster delivery of products and services.
  • Knowledge on latest digital tools to be able to achieve best testing practices in C&C channels.
  • End to End Testing deliverables to be managed and reporting to be shared with all stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and work with technical team in order to resolve issues faced by channels
  • Create action plan based on the regression testing to be able to fix all findings.
  • Provide recommendations to product owners in order to enhance customer experience
  • Attend and troubleshoot the reported complains in production systems and own the end-to-end resolution as well as prepare the incident reports.
  • Create user manuals and UAT documentation with steps, work instructions and screenshots.
  • Review business and functional requirements to design UAT test cases and scenarios for digital services & Sales.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand digital journeys.
  • Execute UAT test cases across web, mobile (iOS/Android), and backend systems as needed in English/Arabic.
  • Report, track, and follow up on defects to closure using defect management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Conduct regression testing after bug fixes and change deployments.
  • Simulate end-to-end customer journeys to validate real-world use cases.
  • Participate in UAT planning, daily stand-ups, defect triage calls, and release readiness meetings.
  • Support business stakeholders during their validation phase, providing guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure testing complies with internal quality standards, timelines, and SLAs.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work when required to support critical business needs, major releases, and key project milestones.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
  • Scrum master certification is advantage

Experience:

  • A further education qualification on related discipline or demonstrable relevant practical experience

Skills

  • Solid knowledge in Digital and online environment.
  • A thorough understanding of enterprise architecture principals
  • Good understanding of the internal structure of PLM and cross departmental co-operation and communication, incl. knowledge of stakeholder and other external parties/customers/suppliers
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of UAT processes and SDLC (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Scrum and product owner certified.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with others.
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks to make effective use of time.
  • Experience in using JIRA platform
