Specialist – Digital Installation Planning

in full-time and permanent based in our Czech Office in Prague

We are looking for a Specialist who will take operational ownership of our European digital installation planning tool. In this role, you will primarily work within the tool to create high quality, standardized installation plans that support and relieve sales teams across Europe. You will report directly to the Headquarter and play a key role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and consistent planning process.

Your tasks

  • Operational planning work (approx. 70%) Creating installation plans for our flooring product range using a digital planning tool for various European markets and their customers.
  • Central service point for installation plans Receiving and handling plan requests from European sales teams; delivering accurate, timely results.
  • Tool ownership & continuous improvement Identifying improvement opportunities, providing feedback on User Experience, functionality, and testing new tool versions in collaboration with Marketing, Technical department and external partners.
  • Quality assurance & standardization Ensuring consistently high plan quality, defining process standards, and developing clear guidelines for internal stakeholders and markets.
  • Training & support Assisting colleagues across Europe in understanding and using the planning tool; answering basic technical questions related to the tool.

Your profile

  • Technical affinity Training or studies in construction, architecture, interior design, technical drawing, marketing technology, or a comparable field. Experience with planning tools or CAD software is a plus.
  • Accurate & structured working style You can quickly grasp technical requirements and translate them into precise, pragmatic planning outputs.
  • Service and solution-oriented You enjoy supporting colleagues across Europe and delivering reliable, high-quality results.
  • Communication skills Confident communication in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Proactive mindset You are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to continuously improve our planning processes and digital tool.
