Catalyst IQ is hiring a Digital Advertising Specialist

The Digital Advertising Specialist (AI-Fluent) serves as a strategic partner across a portfolio of clients, managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns while leveraging AI and automation to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability.

We're looking for someone who understands digital advertising and is excited about using AI tools to uncover insights, streamline workflows, and drive better results. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, curiosity, strong communication skills, and a willingness to continuously learn as technology evolves.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and other advertising platforms.
  • Monitor performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign results.
  • Utilize AI tools to support campaign management, reporting, research, content creation, and process improvement.
  • Develop and refine AI-assisted workflows that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Communicate campaign performance, recommendations, and strategic insights in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends, platform updates, and AI technologies relevant to digital advertising.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal tools, processes, and reporting systems.
  • Support team development by sharing knowledge, best practices, and innovative approaches to problem-solving.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to use AI to improve productivity, automate tasks, analyze information, and solve business problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Ability to present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital advertising, marketing, analytics, computer science, operations, or a related field.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Experience with GA4, reporting platforms, or data visualization tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve efficiency, reporting, content development, decision-making, or process improvement preferred.

Travel: Infrequent (less than 5%)

Our personnel are NICET-certified and factory-trained by our key suppliers and we maintain DOT-approved hydrostatic testing, dry chemical, CO2, FM200 and Halon 1301 refill stations.

Hiller also offers a variety of products and parts to support our customers. These products include portable and fixed fire extinguishers, hoses, hose reels, nozzles, foam and other material/equipment involved in fire detection and suppression. We also provide safety equipment such as gloves, fire resistant clothing, safety glasses, masks, air breathing apparatus and other similar items. These products are sold from inventory or shipped directly to our customers from our vendors.

The following vendors we have on schedule include Ansul, Amerex, Kidde, Siemens, Survivair, Akron Brass and Gentex, just to name a few.
