What this job involves:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to elevate the visual presentation of our projects, pitch documents and marketing materials. This role is essential in translating our interior design concepts into compelling visual narratives that win projects and showcase our design expertise. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in graphic design and exhibit outstanding communication abilities, as well as a creative and dynamic flair. You will work on some of the most innovative interior projects in APAC and the wider region, collaborating with other prominent designers. The duties and responsibilities of a Graphic Designer include, but are not limited to:

• Transform interior design presentations into visually stunning pitch documents that effectively communicate design concepts, space planning solutions, and aesthetic visions to clients
• Create cohesive visual identities for individual projects while maintaining brand consistency across all client-facing materials.
• Collaborate closely with interior designers and project managers to understand design intent and translate complex spatial concepts into clear, engaging visual presentations
• Design custom graphics, infographics, and layout solutions that enhance the storytelling of each project proposal.
• Develop and maintain a library of branded templates, graphics, and visual assets that streamline the pitch creation process while ensuring professional consistency.
• Manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously, often working under tight timelines to support business development efforts.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the studio's high standards for visual excellence and professional presentation.

Qualifications/Experience

The qualifications and experience required for a Graphic Designer position with our firm include:

• Technical proficiency is important, but a strong passion for design is crucial to succeed in this role.
• Possession of a diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• 6-7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in architecture, interior design, branding or related creative industries
• A high level of proficiency using Adobe Suite including InDesign Interactive, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint,Strong understanding of layout design, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ideal candidate will be adaptable to new tools as per business requirement
• Experience in creating presentations, marketing materials and pitch documents. Familiarity with architectural/interior design terminology and concepts a plus
• Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated design sensibility and technical execution
• Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly
• Experience of working in a Marketing/ Communications agency set up

• Ability to effectively communicate concepts and ideas to others through written, drawn and verbal means.

• Experience of working in a Marketing/ Communications agency set up

• Detail-oriented, organized, with problem solving approach and should be able to manage multiple projects and simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
• Must be a self-starter, but also a team player with the ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced, matrix and customer service-oriented environment
