The Contact Center department consists of more than 700 people working from Moldova, Ukraine, Germany and Portugal now. We find a common language with clients from 27 countries of the world.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Specialist with English for our complaints team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Registration, processing and investigation of incoming complaints
  • Communication with the courier services (oral and written)
  • Independent decision on financial issues (taking into account customer orientation and profitability)
  • File management for the entire complaints process

Qualifications

  • Lateral entrants, job starters or with professional experience
  • Very good knowledge of English and Russian
  • Goal-oriented work with regard to deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Confident use of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheet and email
