Job Description

Position Title: Specialist – Parts recovery Data & Planning Analyst

The Data & Planning Analyst for Parts Recovery is responsible for analyzing operational data, forecasting repair demand, monitoring KPIs, and supporting decision‑making for repair operations, supply chain flows, and inventory availability. The role develops dashboards, identifies performance gaps, coordinates cross‑functional reporting, and provides visibility on repaired‑parts availability, repair lead times, cost avoidance, backlog, and consumption trends. This position ensures reliable data and structured planning to improve Parts Recovery performance, reduce bottlenecks, and support Service Operations and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Support to Low Value Claims:

  • Provide operational support to the Low Value Claims team.
  • Request the accounting postings for amounts
  • corresponding to satisfactory replacements validated by the Quality team.
  • Request the issuance of the invoice once Accounting has completed the posting
  • ensuring that financial compensation for satisfactory claims is executed correctly.

DParts Master Data Maintenance:

  • Maintain and update master data in SAP
  • HANA and Osapiens for defective parts, repairable components, and material status codes.
  • Ensure correct system configuration of the D‑Parts lifecycle, including: return creation, postings, storage locations..

Ensure correct creation and assignment of Dcodes (defective) and Rcodes (repaired)

  • Verify that all materials are linked to the appropriate Profit Center and Cost Center of the area.
  • Analyze system data to identify inconsistencies, missing fields, incorrect statuses, or blocked materials.
  • Monitor D‑Parts system performance KPIs, such as master data errors...
  • Resolve SAP/Osapiens tickets related to D‑Parts together with IT, providing business input and validating defects.
  • Provide training and guidance to regional teams on correct SAP postings and Osapiens usage for defective components

SAP/Osapiens System and Repair Process Support Support reverse logistics and repair processes by ensuring SAP accurately reflects transport movements, stock positions, and repair routing.

  • Support SAP HANA enhancement initiatives, UAT, and system testing for workflows impacting defective components.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards to monitor:master data gaps, process bottlenecks...
  • Contribute to SAP HANA migration activities (data validation, process mapping, testing).
    Support Osapiens workflows for D‑Parts and repaired material traceability.
  • Assist in business cases for new repair capabilities (ROI, payback, demand analysis).
    Support circularity and sustainability KPIs within Parts Recovery.
  • Develop standardized templates for dashboards, KPIs, and reporting governance.

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree / master’s degree
  • Minimum of 6-8 yrs experience in Material Management
  • Proven experience in import & Export handling
  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
