Position Title: Specialist – Parts recovery Data & Planning Analyst
The Data & Planning Analyst for Parts Recovery is responsible for analyzing operational data, forecasting repair demand, monitoring KPIs, and supporting decision‑making for repair operations, supply chain flows, and inventory availability. The role develops dashboards, identifies performance gaps, coordinates cross‑functional reporting, and provides visibility on repaired‑parts availability, repair lead times, cost avoidance, backlog, and consumption trends. This position ensures reliable data and structured planning to improve Parts Recovery performance, reduce bottlenecks, and support Service Operations and regional teams.

D‑Parts Master Data Maintenance:
Ensure correct creation and assignment of D‑codes (defective) and R‑codes (repaired)
SAP/Osapiens System and Repair Process Support Support reverse logistics and repair processes by ensuring SAP accurately reflects transport movements, stock positions, and repair routing.
