Job Description

Enters data through an electronic keyboard to process a variety of business and statistical data sources of a routine nature.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter invoices data as prepared in batches by A/P Specialists in a timely manner.
  • Verifies that entries are correct during Edit process
  • Once batches have been released, Batches must be prepped for imaging by removing any staples, making copies of off size documents, and of anything with stickers.
  • Once prepped, they will send batch to Imaging. When batch is returned from Imaging, it is verified in Metafile to assure accuracy of images. All batches are tracked, via Google Sheets, throughout the steps listed above.
  • May be asked to perform other duties as needed for the team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent 10 key and data entry skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Accuracy of work.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to uncertainty and constant changes in technology.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent, along with one year of computer coursework.
