
Specialist, Data Analytics – Global End User Services (GEUS)
This role functions as an early-career IT professional serving as a Data Analytics Specialist supporting Global End User Services (GEUS) with a global scope. The position is responsible for the development, delivery, operational reporting, and continuous improvement of data analytics and insights, ensuring a high-quality, customer-centric experience across GEUS services.
The Specialist acts as a key contributor across GEUS teams, supporting data-driven decision making by developing dashboards, analyzing service performance, and enabling visibility into operational metrics. The role collaborates with onsite IT teams, product teams, Business Technology Partners (BTPs), and stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights aligned with GEUS and enterprise strategy.

Responsibilities
Develop, deliver, and support analytics and reporting solutions across GEUS services, enabling data-driven decision making.
Analyze operational data sets (e.g., service tickets, device lifecycle, user experience metrics) to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) that provide visibility into KPIs and service performance.
Define, analyze, and report key operational metrics and customer experience indicators across GEUS functions.
Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to translate data requirements into actionable insights.
Support data quality initiatives, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with defined data standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation through data insights.
Collaborate with BTPs and IT product teams to align analytics with business capabilities and product line objectives.
Support reporting and analytics needs for global initiatives, programs, and service improvements across GEUS.
Document data sources, reporting logic, and analytics processes to ensure transparency, consistency, and knowledge sharing.
Participate in operational reporting, performance reviews, and data-driven discussions with stakeholders.
Ensure analytics and reporting activities align with company standards, governance, and security requirements.
Qualifications
Required
0–2 years of relevant experience (internship, academic, or entry-level experience in data analytics or reporting acceptable).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Effective communication skills with the ability to translate data into business-friendly insights for non-technical stakeholders.
High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
Balanced blend of technical proficiency and strong interpersonal (soft) skills, essential for success in an entry-level role.
Preferred
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI or similar platforms).
Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying concepts.
Familiarity with IT service management concepts (e.g., service tickets, KPIs, operational reporting).
Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, scripting, or workflow tools).
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
Interest in AI, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning mindset.

The salary range for this role is
$71,900.00 - $113,200.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
