We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Specialist Data Analytics & Capacity Planning on the Supply Chain Network Evolution to support the analysis and reporting required for the execution of strategic projects that expand, optimize, or improve our physical network—such as distribution centers, transportation hubs, and fulfillment nodes.
In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to analyze data, develop models, track project milestones, and ensure initiatives align with long-term business goals. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical and project coordination skills who is passionate about driving supply chain innovation and growth.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
• Support the planning and execution of network development projects (e.g., facility openings/closures, geographic expansions, capacity studies, transportation redesigns).
• Analyze supply chain, logistics, and operational data to assess current network performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain reporting, models and tools to evaluate scenarios involving cost, service levels, lead times, and capacity.
• Track key project metrics, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools.
• Assist in preparing business cases, ROI analyses, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams across logistics, real estate, engineering, finance, and IT to gather requirements and execute initiatives.
• Conduct market and geographic analysis to support network expansion or consolidation decisions.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of project plans, process flows, and stakeholder communications.
What you have to offer:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field and 5 years of related experience
• One to 3 years of experience in project analysis and management, supply chain planning, or logistics support
• Strong proficiency in analytics, reporting and workflow tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Snowflake, UI Path, Palentir Foundry, Databricks, Mongo)
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking abilities, and continuous improvement mindset
• Solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals and network strategy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual (English and French) is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
